These terms of service document the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the site, HausTab.com ("The Service").
By using or accessing the site in any way, viewing or browsing the site, or adding your own content to the site, you ("The Customer") are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Definitions
"Customer Data" refers to all data or information submitted by or on behalf of Customer to the Service.
"Service" refers to the online, web-based Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) application made available to customer by A&K Systems / A&K Computers, Inc.
"Use Data" refers to data generated on the web-based SaaS application as a result of customer using the Service.
"Anonymous Data" refers to anonymous stastical data created as a result of usage of the Service.
"Aggregate Data" refers to Use Data, Anonymous Data, and Customer Data, which maybe be compiled, combined, or incorporated with other types of data to form a larger corpus of data.

Intellectual Property
The site and all of its original content are the sole property of HausTab.com / A&K Systems / A&K Computers, Inc., and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.

Proprietary Rights
Unless specified otherwise, all rights, titles, interests, and data (Use Data, Anonymous Data, Aggregate Data) associated with HausTab.com remains the exclusive property of HausTab.com / A&K Systems / A&K Computers, Inc. ("The Company").

Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Company may derive or create data and information about the use of the Service by Customer and its Users (“Use Data”) and that the Company may use and disclose Use Data to its third party service providers in any way it sees necessary. Customer-submitted data or data submitted to the Service on behalf of the customer ("Customer Data") pertaining to property inspections may be made available for access by third parties or requested parties in compliance with local legislations which require public accessibility of the records after a set amount of time.

Customer hereby grants to HausTab.com and A&K Systems a non-exclusive, fully realized, world-wide and irrevocable license to use Customer Data as required to provide the Service, and to copy, anonymize, aggregate, process and display Customer Data, to derive anonymous statistical and usage data related to the Service (“Anonymous Data”) to compile, combine or incorporate such Anonymous Data with or into other similar data and information available, derived or obtained from other clients, customers, licensees or users of HausTab.com and A&K Systems, or otherwise (collectively, Anonymous Data and such compiled, combined or incorporated data and information shall be referred to as “Aggregate Data”), to permit HausTab.com and A&K Systems to provide additional services to its customers, including the copying, publication, distribution, display, licensing or sale of Aggregate Data and related or similar other statistics or data to third parties pursuant to a separate licensing or services arrangement or agreement. HausTab.com and A&K Systems will be the owner of all right, title and interest in and to Anonymous Data and Aggregate Data. Customer’s grant of license to copy, anonymize, aggregate, process, use and display Customer Data and Use Data shall survive the expiry or termination of this Agreement.

Termination
HausTab.com reserves the right to terminate your access to the site, without any advance notice.

Links to Other Websites
The site provided may contain a number of links to other websites and online resources that are not owned or controlled by HausTab.com.
The Company has no control over, and therefore cannot assume responsibility for, the content or general practices of any of these third party sites and/or services.

Governing Law
This agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of California, United States.

Changes to This Agreement
HausTab.com reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service. Should you not agree to any provision of this agreement or any changes we make to this agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access HausTab.com immediately.
